This sandwich may not be the healthiest breakfast option but it tastes great,
simple to make and is worth trying. You can also make it without tomatoes and
you will have a perfect cheesy egg sandwich. So here’s what you do….
You need:
1 egg
2 slices of bread, muffin or bagel
1 slice of cheese
A few slices of tomatoes
Some oil or butter for frying
Salt and pepper
Beat an egg with a pinch of salt and pepper each until well
blended (you can also add a tbsp of milk in it to make you egg more fluffy). Heat
butter/oil in a frying pan. Keep the burner on medium-high. Grab the handle of
the pan and swirl the melted butter/oil around so it coats the entire bottom of
the pan. Pour the egg mixture into pan, stir gently with a wooden spoon for 2
minutes or until eggs are just set. Remove pan from heat. You can also break
the egg straight into the pan and cook to your preferred stage, season and
gently remove from the pan.
Arrange the thinly cheese, egg and tomato slices on bread slice, form sandwich and apply butter
on the outer slices and toast it either in a frying pan, tawa or grill until
its crisp and golden brown in color and the cheese melts. Cut it into half in
triangle shaped Toast if u wish too. Enjoy!!!
