Cream Fruit Salad

Lush and creamy fruit salad/dessert for any occasion. The very first time I tried creamy fruit salad was from a well known bakery in Islamabad, it's been on my list of favorites ever since. I have also been making it at home and the good thing is it gets ready in no time and tastes almost the same as the one we get from bakery. Here's how we make it….

1 can of fruit cocktail drained (850 gm sized can)
1 pack of fresh cream (250ml, you can use whipping cream, sour cream or single cream)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Handful of golden raisins/sultanas
10-12 almonds (soak in 1 cup of water over night, de-skin the next morning)
2 tbsp icing sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1-2 apples (cubed)
1 small can pineapple tidbits (drained)

Mix every thing together in a large bowl. Let it rest for 2 hours in fridge. Serve it well chilled.
