Pineapple Delight

This simple yet delicious recipe was given to me by one of my college fellow, and i have been making it ever since. This  quick and easy dessert recipe is  for sure a recipe to keep....

Pineapple delight

Ingredients:

2 packs of fresh cream (400 ml)
1 packs of Marie biscuits (15-20 biscuits)
1 tin pineapple tidbits (500g, drained, keep the juice)
Chocolate syrup or chocolate shavings

Method:


1) Take a nice large bowl or dish enough to fit everything, layer the bottom of the dish with Marie biscuits.


 2) Pour 2-3 tbsp of liquid from pineapple tidbits (you have to make sure all the biscuits are well soaked).

3)  Next make a layer with half of the tidbits and top it with cream (make sure to spread the cream evenly).

4) Repeat with another layer of biscuits, fruit and final layer of cream. Drizzle some chocolate syrup on top (or decorate with chocolate shavings). Put it fridge for at least 6-8 hour before serving. Best to leave it over night.
