Bun Kabab

Pin It Now!
We all love bun kababs as much as we love samoosay, you’ll find bun kabab at vendor stalls throughout Pakistan. Bun kabab is the Pakistani way of serving burger, It is usually made of shami kabab (spicy meat patty) topped with chutney and a choice of crisp veggies and condiments served hot on burger buns or hot dog buns. You won’t belive it that I have never had a chance of eating a bun kabab from a vendors stall, yup… that’s true, the first ever bun kabab I had was made by my ami, It was a cold  and rainy winter day back in early 90’s when I returned from school all soaked and wet.. ahhh it was such a relief when I got back home, all cozy and warm, got changed…made my self comfortable in front of the heater and mom made me this special treat, I hope by now you can well imagine the comfort and pleasure of eating a bun kabab,  anyways just by looking at ami here’s how I make it at home, and always love it.
