We all love bun kababs as much as we love samoosay, you’ll
find bun kabab at vendor stalls throughout Pakistan .
Bun kabab is the Pakistani way of serving burger, It is usually made of shami
kabab (spicy meat patty) topped with chutney and a choice
of crisp veggies and condiments served hot on burger buns or hot dog buns. You
won’t belive it that I have never had a chance of eating a bun kabab from a
vendors stall, yup… that’s true, the first ever bun kabab I had was made by my
ami, It was a cold and rainy winter day
back in early 90’s when I returned from school all soaked and wet.. ahhh it was
such a relief when I got back home, all cozy and warm, got changed…made my self
comfortable in front of the heater and mom made me this special treat, I hope
by now you can well imagine the comfort and pleasure of eating a bun kabab, anyways just by looking at
ami here’s how I make it at home, and always love it.
